Terms of use

I – Object: These “Terms and Conditions” are intended as the legal framework for the conditions of provision of services for the site Fairlyne.com, and all its subdomains, and their use by the “User”. The terms and conditions must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User means acceptance of these terms and conditions. In case of non-acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this contract, the User must give up access to the services offered by the site. Fairlyne.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify at any time the content of these terms and conditions.

 

 

II – The site allows the User free access to informations about the service Fairlyne. The site is accessible, without cost, anywhere for any User with access to the Internet. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, internet, etc.) are at his expense. The site implements all means at its disposal to ensure quality access to its services, but with no committing to achieving this result. Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a network or server failure is not the responsibility of Fairlyne.com. Access to website services may at any time be subject to interruption, suspension or modification without notice for any reason. The User binds himself not to claim any compensation due to the interruption, suspension or modification of this agreement.

 

 

IV – Fairlyne.com makes use of cookies to make the user benefits of a better experience. Personal Data: The site provides the User collection and processing of personal information with respect to privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, concerning computers, files and freedoms. Under Articles 39 and 40 of the law dated January 6, 1978, the User has a right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their personal data. IX – Applicable Law and Relevant Jurisdiction: French law applies to this contract. In the absence of amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, the courts of the city of Paris are relevant jurisdiction.
